Country superstars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have announced that they’ve signed individual record deals with Sony Music Entertainment. As originally released by Billboard , the deal comes with “multiple solo albums from both artists with more details expected this spring.”

The breaking news comes as the married powerhouse prepares to embark on their third Soul2Soul Tour (the first in 2000, the second in 2006 and 2007).

McGraw released his 2015 album, Damn Country Music, under Big Machine Records, where he has been for the last three years. The single off of that album, “Humble and Kind,” took home a GRAMMY this past Sunday for Best Country Song. Hill is leaving Warner Bros. Nashville after 20 years of partnership. This marks a monumental move for the songstress, who released her compilation album, Deep Tracks, just this past November.

While there isn’t any information on whether the couple will release an album together, one can only hope! Known for their intimate joint performances, the two have cemented themselves as Nashville’s ultimate power couple. They both received stars on the Music City Walk of Fame last year.

Presenting the awards for both Record of the Year and Album of the Year at the GRAMMYs, the pair is undoubtedly ramping up their public appearances in preparation for a big year to come.

I’m eager to see what else my favorite country duo has in store for us!
