You know how stressed you were during that one particularly difficult therapy session? Well, it probably wasn’t nearly as bad as Aesop Rock’s experience.

“Shrunk,” the latest music video and single from the rapper’s excellent The Impossible Kid, brings the song’s daunting neuroses to life, illustrating just how much of a battle it can be going through the whole psychological evaluation thang.

Our hero Aesop finds himself navigating the challenges of signing up for sessions, enduring the waiting room, and finally going head-to-head with the shrink — all awesomely conveyed through the lens of (an admittedly awesome-looking) arcade game.

The video coincides with the announcement of another tour that Aesop will be going on to promote The Impossible Kid. Though there is no LA date on the “Hey Kirby” tour (he was just here earlier this year when the album first dropped), there is a date in Pomona for those in SoCal who may have missed him the first time around…or maybe want to experience the show all over again.
