Innovative indie singer-songwriter Sufjan Stevens delivered a visual feast to complement his auditory pleasures at The Hollywood Bowl Sunday night. Swirling lights got the crowd excited during set opener “Seven Swans” as the florescent costumes broke through the shadows in all their neon glory. Overall, it was a high-energy set that pleased the sold-out crowd and closed out his tour in style.

Just prior to Steven’s set, psychedelic rocker Kurt Vile and The Violators, in support of his latest effort, b’lieve i’m goin down…, rocked The Bowl with his brilliant storytelling. The night opened with French-Cuban twin sisters, Ibeyi, who started off KCRW’s World Festival Part 2 with songs inspired by their father’s Yoruba culture.

Enjoy my photos from all three sets below, and if you were at the show, let me know your favorite moment in the comments!
