The moments before the start of STRFKR‘s show looked similar to most of the crowds at The Observatory a few years back — a small group toward the front, but the rest of the floor significantly barren. That all changed by the time Keil Corcoran’s project Fake Drugs was ready to take the stage to offer direct support for Com Truise.

With poppy synths and columned on-stage light panels, STRFKR’s set lived up to the hype of those fans who made it out early to catch the group’s set. They manage to set themselves apart from other acts in the genre, making for a solid live show.
