Having spent the past week hopelessly glued to my laptop having made the poor decision to watch the first episode of a Korean drama last weekend (Korean dramas, not even once), I’ve been getting reacquainted with the culture of my motherland.

In between my 25-episode binge of Boys Over Flowers, I’ve been detoxing at a jimjilbang, filling up my stomach with mom’s tteokbokki, and of course, listening to Korea’s delightfully ridiculous pop music, the popularity of which has recently begun spreading well beyond the likes of Seoul. Given this playlist, it’s not hard to see why.
