I don’t know about you, but summer is almost here, and when the weather heats up, I have that special need to dance and celebrate. In other words, this bootie needs to do a little shakin’! The real question is which type of funk to listen to. The Godfather? P-Funk? The Meters? Or we can just go with Lettuce and cover all the bases.
The incredible musicians in Lettuce attended the Berklee Music Program in Boston and pull from various styles of funk and jazz. Their live show sets fire to an audience, and individually the members of Lettuce have toured with such acts as Britney Spears, Soulive, John Scofield, Pretty Lights, and Robert Randolph & The Family Band, among others.
