In the rapidly changing music industry, not being signed to a label doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t get your music to a wide audience. 20-year-old Chicago rapper Chancellor Bennett, better known to the world as Chance The Rapper, had already opened on tour for Childish Gambino before this year saw his star rise considerably with his self-released mixtape, the brilliant Acid Rap.
Now audiences are itching for a look at the breakout star on his current Social Experiment tour, which will make a pre-Christmas stop at Club Nokia in the LA Live complex downtown on Thursday, December 19th. Support for the show will come from DJ Rashad (who has been making his own waves with the release of Double Cup this year) and Spinn, and as a little holiday present, we have a pair of tickets here at LA Music Blog to give away to one lucky reader.
Details on how to enter are below, after the video to the rather addictive “Juice.”
Here’s how you can enter to win:
1) Leave a comment below this post. Simple as it gets!
4) FOLLOW LA Music Blog on Twitter, then send us a tweet using the hashtag #LAmbChanceTheRapper.
That’s up to six entries total, but if you don’t win, you can still buy your tickets to the show.
