If the Roaring Nights series has taught Angelenos anything, it’s that the LA Zoo is actually kind of a cool place to throw a little shindig; there’s something awesome and slightly naughty about throwing back booze and letting loose at a place where childhood memories are made. To do all of that with sanctioned costumes, well, that would be madness.
Madness (not to be confused with the band of the same name) is coming to you this Friday, October 25th, for the the LA Zoo’s first ever Night of the Living Zoo, a 21+ food/music/drinkfest. Featuring live performances by Batwings Catwings and Edgar Allan Poets, along with a set from DJ Johnny Hawkes, Night of the Living Zoo promises to be an interesting night of adult-only fun. And at $45 for non-GLAZA members, it’s also one of the most economical options we have because let’s face it: Halloween parties in this city ain’t cheap.
More information and tickets can be found at LA Zoo’s website.
