Top 5 EDM Events in LA in March

With the upcoming Miami music week being extended to TWO weeks this year, I know many EDM fans are disappointed to not be in sunny, music-filled Miami for the next couple of weekends. However, those of us not making our way out east to Winter Music Conference or Ultra Music Fest have a chance to see the following wonderfully talented artists who will be bringing their amazing musical styles to our very own Los Angeles this month.

Miguel Migs at King King on Saturday, March 16th

For a night of deep house and progressive beats, check out San Francisco DJ/producer Miguel Migs at King King Hollywood. King King has long been a house heads staple, and its state-of-the-art sound combined with a groovy, laid-back crowd makes this a fun spot to grab a group of friends and get down to some musical house grooves. ATB at Exchange LA on Friday, March 22nd

ATB (aka André Tanneberger) is a world-renowned German DJ/producer who has been making music and delighting audiences for over a decade. Exchange is a fantastic multi-storied nightclub with one of the best sound and visual systems in town. Grab your tickets for $30 and get ready for a great night of progressive trance.

Sandro Silva at Lure on Thursday, March 28th

Sandro Silva is a young Holland-born DJ/producer who was classically trained on the piano and has since taken the top charts by storm with his energetic songs. He’ll be playing at the premier Hollywood location of Lure, so to enjoy an epic night out, grab your $20 tickets!

Michael Woods at Avalon Hollywood on Friday, March 29th

English-born artist Michael Woods has long been one of my favorites for getting my electro, progressive, and trance fix. He adeptly plays with a variety of sounds, creating a great flow between musical styles. Combined with Avalon’s incredible visuals and sound, this is sure to be a wonderful show. Tickets are available for $20.

Machete, Scooba, & more at King King on Saturday, March 30th

For a night of jungle and breakbeats by a group of local LA drum and bass artists, King King is the place to be. Machete, Scooba, + MC XYZ, Oscure, Chad Rock, and Marcos will all be dropping crazy amounts of bass and drum music on the crowd. There will also be live painting, so grab your 10 dollar tickets.
