After teasing fans with a couple of provisional release dates, Flying Lotus (aka Steven Ellison) has now confirmed that his new album, Until The Quiet Comes, will be officially released through Warp Records on October 2nd. Initially planned for a late spring release, the date was pushed back to allow some fine tuning, and now the album is primed to launch.

Until The Quiet Comes will be the official follow-up to 2010’s astonishing Cosmogramma for the LA resident and founder of the Brainfeeder record label. In that time, the constantly working producer has also released the EP Pattern + Grid World, but Until The Quiet Comes will be his fourth official album. Once again, Radiohead’s Thom Yorke is confirmed to make a guest appearance, but we will have to wait a little longer for further details and album artwork.
