LMFAO LEAD

The members of Los Angeles duo LMFAO refer to their sound as “party rock” — a simple description, to the point, and incredibly accurate. With rap-infused, dance/pop tracks like “Party Rock Anthem” ruling charts and clubs the world over, Redfoo (Stefan Kendal Gordy) and SkyBlu (Skyler Austen Gordy) are connoisseurs of fun, and this Tuesday they’re bringing the party back home with a show at the Staples Center.

Joining the duo is electronic dance artist Eva Simons, whose straightforward single “I Don’t Like You” has the young talent poised to be the next breakthrough artist in the dance music scene. You’ve no doubt already heard “Party Rock Anthem” (when my mom tells me she likes a song, I take it as a sign that the track is officially ubiquitous), so check out “I Don’t Like You” below for a little taste of what you can expect from Tuesday’s show:

“Party Rock Anthem Tour” tickets are still available, and if anyone could throw a party worth the $99.50 price tag, it would be LMFAO. However, for those looking to crash the party for FREE, good news — LA Music Blog is giving away a pair of tickets to the Staples Center show! To enter, just leave a comment below. We’ll contact the winner via email Monday evening, so be sure to include an email address you check often.
