For ten years, the minds behind Phantom Muzik have been serving the music industry through production, publication, and recording, with the full capability of achieving their mission of “defining a sound that is stimulating, distinctive, and novel.” The primary figures within PM have worked with Grammy Award-winning artists, representatives, creative directors, supervisors, and consultants over the past decade, and on April 28th the company will bring them all together through the debut of their Noize Entertainment Expo.

The all-day music and film conference will appropriately take place in Hollywood: the international capital of entertainment, the home of Phantom Muzik, and the location of Musicians Institute, the event’s host. “Noize” will be divided into several segments, from workshops on business and production, to discussions focused on music industry education, and finally to live artist showcases in front of top label executives and celebrity judges. To summarize, experts on anything and everything that is entertaining will be present, making the Noize Entertainment Expo a can’t-miss for artists, educators, enthusiasts, and novices alike.

The live showcase segment will feature a drum competition as well as six individual performances from all genres. The intention of this showcase, named The Icon Music Awards, is to provide an outlet for aspiring artists to display their talent in front of industry professionals. The winner of the drum competition will receive $1000 cash and an endorsement from Soultone Cymbals. The individual showcases will receive immediate feedback and critiques from the panel of judges.

Confirmed attendees thus far include professionals from Interscope Records, RCA Records, BET Networks, SESAC, BMI, EMI Music, Peermusic, the Screen Actors Guild, and the Writer’s Guild. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Give To Live, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing poverty and educating youth across the country.
