Among the September flurry of new releases, Trevor Powers of Youth Lagoon gives us his highly anticipated freshman album, The Year of Hibernation. Even though Powers touches on some heavy I’m-in-my-twenties subjects – surprisingly, this album acts as both a salve for your post-summer depression and a source of early fall warmth. The Year of Hibernation is currently streaming in its entirety at Spin.
Among other developments Youth Lagoon-related, Trevor Powers is already at the endpoint of his fall tour, finishing in Minneapolis on October 8th.
