DaCav5 has a new video that is totally appealing to the inner guido in me. Not only do they wanna party from Hollywood to Jersey (my home state!), but one of the DaCav5 is named Kristyn, AKA the most mind-blowingly beautiful name in the whole wide world*. Plus they spit awesome lyrics like, “If you don’t got real hair, then prepare to sweat yo weave out” AND they obviously worked really hard to scrape like 5 or 6 dollars together to buy a cameo from the infamous Staten Island Ferry herself, Angelina from “The Jersey Shore”, making this video the ULTIMATE in trashy chic!
DaCav5 are blowing up fast. They won an MTV VMA for Best Breakout Philly Artist and have 5 songs featured in the movie Standing Ovation. They also got a song placed in a commercial for Super Bowl XLV and made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Next up these guys plan to release a brand new EP coming out this summer, so make sure you party-people febreeze your mattresses and hit the tanning beds in time for the heat!
*Yeah, my name is also Kristyn. Did you know that in the Sicilian dialect, “Kristyn” literally translates to mean “fresh to death”? Just a little fun fact.
