I love music that gets me moving even when I’m confined to a desk chair, and indie electro-pop band After Edmund is definitely one such band. Since the 2008 release of their debut album, Hello, the Grammy-nominated group from Atlanta has been winning fans over internationally with their energetic and multifaceted live show, which has lead to the release of a DVD/EP set Spaceships and Submarines: The Lively Sessions.
After Edmund recently released a neon-infused stop-motion video to accompany one of the songs that can be found on the DVD, “Dance Like You’re From The Future,” and I think I just might have picked up a few moves from the dance off at that video’s climax. Check it out below and be on the lookout for the band’s sophomore release, set to drop in 2011.
